Gregory M. Shanfeld, MANAGING PARTNER
Gregory M. Shanfeld received his J.D. from University of Southern California and his B.A. in Economics from University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Shanfeld’s emphasis is in bankruptcy and real estate finance. Prior to joining Wadhwani & Shanfeld, APLC, Mr. Shanfeld was a Partner and Managing Attorney at one of the largest bankruptcy practices in the country. Prior to that, he was an Associate with Stern, Neubauer, Greenwald & Pauly, where he worked in the real estate transactional department. Greg authored an article entitled “Demand Letters and Settlement Agreements” and lectured at a Lorman Education seminar on Collection Law in California. Mr. Shanfeld is a member of the State Bar of California, and is admitted to practice in the Central District of California, the Eastern District of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the State of California. Mr. Shanfeld is also a real estate broker licensed under the California Department of Real Estate. As such, he assists individuals and entities in structuring and obtaining residential and construction financing.
