Wadhwani & Shanfeld, APLC, has four southern california locations to assist clients. W&S is devoted to assisting its clients gain financial freedom and well-being. Whether clients are behind on their home, vehicle, income taxes or credit cards (bankruptcy alternatives) or need assistance settling or consolidating their credit cards or income tax debt (non-bankruptcy alternatives), we are equipped to handle the matter.

W&S also provides services in the area of asset and estate planning. A good estate plan should allow individuals (not the courts) to decide who takes care of their minor dependants, how they would like to be taken care of in case of incapacity or who they would like their assets to be divided among. These are some of the concerns addressed in our estate planning package.

W&S provides a personalized service for all clients where attorneys and clients get to know each other and work together. We do not use paralegals and non-attorney preparers.
